Yes, this event is rain or shine. As the event is rain or shine, we do not offer refunds due to inclement weather.

Yes, the event will be taking place outdoors. We do have shaded areas for dining. However, we recommend checking the local weather forecast in preparation for the event.

Parking is free for the first 30 minutes, after which it costs $5 for the rest of the day. We suggest parking at Court C or Court A. For more detailed parking information, please visit here.

You will have access to the entire line-up of our incredible food vendors, artists, and live performances on stage. However, please note that food items are not included in the admission and must be purchased separately.

To avoid overcrowding and ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we have implemented a timed entry system. Your ticket indicates the specific time window during which you are guaranteed to enter the venue. Once you enter, you are free to stay for as long as you wish.
We recognize that unexpected events can happen, and you may not arrive at your intended time, but please note that your entry is only guaranteed at the specific time slot you purchased. In case the venue reaches its maximum capacity, you may not be allowed to enter.

Yes. The venue is completely enclosed. While a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door, we highly recommend securing your spot by purchasing tickets in advance online. Ticket costs are subject to increase the day of the event.

Only VIP ticket holders can re-enter the venue on Friday, July 14th. Unfortunately, General Admission (GA) ticket holders are not allowed to re-enter once they have left the venue.

We ask that you bring nothing larger than a handbag, with the exception of diaper bags for small children. There will be security checks at each entry and you may be asked to leave any large bags outside of the event space. We will not be providing lockers for individuals to store oversize bags or other prohibited items.

Only service animals are allowed.
